Why users may not see certain actions

Some organization controls only appear to users with the correct role. If a user cannot see billing or member controls, check their organization role first.

Where to manage organizations

  • Organizations list: View organizations and pending invites.
  • Organization detail: Open any organization from the Organizations list to manage members, invites, and seat information.
  • Billing: Manage paid seats and seat-related billing changes.
