Using Gobii
Use this section when you are creating, configuring, and working with Gobiis in the product.
The daily workflow
Most Gobii work follows this loop:
- Create or choose a Gobii.
- Give it a clear goal, files, and context.
- Review the plan or first deliverable.
- Approve sensitive requests when needed.
- Connect only the tools, apps, channels, and credentials required for the job.
- Use the timeline to inspect progress and steer future work.
- Manage usage, ownership, and access as the work grows.
Key guides
- Chat And Timeline: messages, tool activity, files, pending requests, and stop controls.

- Template Library: find and start from shared Gobii templates.
- Tools And Apps: built-ins, connected apps, MCP servers, system skills, and custom tools.
- Files And Workspaces: upload, reuse, download, and organize files.
- Secrets And Credentials: provide sensitive values through controlled storage instead of chat.
