Using Gobii

Use this section when you are creating, configuring, and working with Gobiis in the product.

The daily workflow

Most Gobii work follows this loop:

  1. Create or choose a Gobii.
  2. Give it a clear goal, files, and context.
  3. Review the plan or first deliverable.
  4. Approve sensitive requests when needed.
  5. Connect only the tools, apps, channels, and credentials required for the job.
  6. Use the timeline to inspect progress and steer future work.
  7. Manage usage, ownership, and access as the work grows.

Key guides

  • Chat And Timeline: messages, tool activity, files, pending requests, and stop controls.
  • Planning And Deliverables: how plans appear and how to steer larger work.
  • Peer Linking: connect Gobiis so they can coordinate, message each other, and hand off work.
  • Approvals And Requests: human input, secrets, contact access, and Gobii creation requests.
  • Template Library: find and start from shared Gobii templates.
  • Tools And Apps: built-ins, connected apps, MCP servers, system skills, and custom tools.
  • Google Sheets: connect Drive so a Gobii can read, create, update, format, and chart selected spreadsheets.
  • Discord: connect a Gobii to Discord so selected channels can wake it and receive replies.
  • Apollo: connect Apollo.io so a Gobii can source leads, enrich records, and work with Apollo contacts.
  • Inbound Webhooks: create webhook URLs that let external systems trigger a Gobii.
  • Files And Workspaces: upload, reuse, download, and organize files.
  • Secrets And Credentials: provide sensitive values through controlled storage instead of chat.
  • Meta Gobii: use one Gobii to set up and manage others.
