System Skills And Profiles
System skills are managed capability bundles that shape how Gobiis perform higher-level work. They are not ordinary user prompts.
Examples can include:
- Runtime planning.
- Meta Gobii management.
- Connected app channels.
- Domain-specific managed skills.
Available skills and profile controls depend on deployment and product configuration.
When admins should care
Admins should review system skills when:
- A workspace needs a managed capability across many Gobiis.
- A skill requires credentials or profile configuration.
- A skill affects external communication or app channels.
- A skill is being tested before broader rollout.
Profiles
Profiles can hold configuration for a system skill, including secrets or settings where supported. Treat profile configuration like production integration configuration:
- Scope it intentionally.
- Use least-privilege credentials.
- Document what the profile is for.
- Test with a small set of Gobiis before wider use.
Internal and beta features
Some system skill, audit, judge, routing, or staff tools are internal or contributor-facing. Do not document them as public product features unless they are available in the product UI for your audience.
