System Skills And Profiles

System skills are managed capability bundles that shape how Gobiis perform higher-level work. They are not ordinary user prompts.

Examples can include:

  • Runtime planning.
  • Meta Gobii management.
  • Connected app channels.
  • Domain-specific managed skills.

Available skills and profile controls depend on deployment and product configuration.

When admins should care

Admins should review system skills when:

  • A workspace needs a managed capability across many Gobiis.
  • A skill requires credentials or profile configuration.
  • A skill affects external communication or app channels.
  • A skill is being tested before broader rollout.

Profiles

Profiles can hold configuration for a system skill, including secrets or settings where supported. Treat profile configuration like production integration configuration:

  • Scope it intentionally.
  • Use least-privilege credentials.
  • Document what the profile is for.
  • Test with a small set of Gobiis before wider use.

Internal and beta features

Some system skill, audit, judge, routing, or staff tools are internal or contributor-facing. Do not document them as public product features unless they are available in the product UI for your audience.
