Usage And Billing

Billing and usage determine how much work your Gobiis can perform and where that work is charged.

Billing controls​

Depending on plan and role, billing can include:

  • Current plan.
  • Seats for organizations.
  • Task packs or additional task behavior.
  • Contact packs.
  • Dedicated IP add-ons.
  • Advanced CAPTCHA or other add-ons where available.
  • Stripe billing portal actions for supported accounts.

Additional tasks​

Additional task controls decide what happens after included usage is exhausted:

  • Stop at included limits.
  • Allow a capped amount of extra usage.
  • Allow unlimited additional usage where supported.

Use caps for early workflows until you understand burn rate.

Usage views​

Usage reporting can help answer:

  • Which Gobiis are consuming the most credits?
  • Which tools are driving usage?
  • Is burn rate rising?
  • Are API calls or persistent steps a meaningful share of usage?
  • Did deleted or archived Gobiis contribute to historical usage?

Use usage views after creating new recurring Gobiis or enabling broad tools.

Organization billing​

Organization billing is separate from personal billing. Confirm the active context before changing plan, seats, add-ons, or additional task settings.
